Shipping & Returns
Here at Can-Do-Kids Clothing, we want to make sure you have all the information you need to shop with confidence. If you have any questions or problems with your print-on-demand order via printful.com, please let us know thru our contact form and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
Claims: Claims deemed an error on Printful’s part are covered at their expense. Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
To make a claim, please submit a problem report via the Printful website.
Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! Printful will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
Exception: If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the customer reports they have yet to receive it, Printful won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."
If the customer is unable to locate the package, they can opt to reorder the item. Printful is not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers, but hopes to do so in the future!
Wrong Address: If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the fulfillment facility. Printful won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. The customer can opt to reorder the item after Printful has confirmed an updated address.
Claim Limits: Printful and the merchant do not accept returns for buyers remorse or offer size exchanges. Customer can opt to reorder the item in their preferred alternative size.
Return Address: The return address is set by default to the Printful print-on-demand facility. When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to the merchant. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
